Microcassette pumpheads provide precise multi-channel low-flow applications. Cassettes may be pre-loaded with tubing available in 19 sizes and three materials. Twin segment tubing doubles pumping life. Cassettes may be removed without disturbing other channels. If lower pulsation required, choose the 323Du/MC8 fitted with the 318MC four-roller pumphead.

Speed adjusts in 1rpm steps from 3rpm to 110rpm (microcassette pumpheads are limited to a maximum of 110rpm). Instantly reversible, keypad lock stops tampering or accidental changes, auto-restart for mains failure recovery, switchable between 100-120V or 220-240V 50/60Hz, two-year full warranty. Rear panel 25D socket accepts 4-20mA or 0-10V analogue auto-control signals. 9D socket accepts RS232 control commands. MemoDose facility for accurate single shot dosing.

Modular design allows users to switch freely between 314MC and 318MC (five-channel microcassette) pumpheads and 313D and 314D (three- and four-roller) pumpheads, or 313D2 and 314D2 (higher pressure) pumpheads. 501RL pumpheads cannot be fitted to this drive.
